Our Events
Listed below are a range of events being organised at Cammeray Croquet Club. Soon, members will be able to make bookings to play in these events by logging in to the Members' Area and clicking on the 'Event Bookings' link . In the meantime, you should use the traditional ways of making event bookings.

| A round robin full bisque handicap event, advanced play, base handicap 7. Games are 2 hours, starting at 7 pm, with 80% of bisques allowed due to the reduced time. As an experiment, ¼ bisques will be used in addition to ½ and full bisques. A ¼ bisque is a single stroke, useful to remove your ball from a bad situation after a turn breaks down. As an example, if a player on a handicap of 14 plays a player on 18, the 14-marker gets 80% of 14 minus 7, which is 5.6 bisques, which is rounded up to 5¾ bisques, 5 full bisques, one ½ bisque and one ¼ bisque. Similarly, the 18-marker gets 8.8 bisques, which is rounded up to 9 full bisques. The entry fee covers green fees for the duration of the competition. Players will be required to play on 7 of the 9 evenings during October and November. Semi-finals (1 -v- 4 and 2 -v- 3) will be played on Tuesday 7 December, and the final will be played on the day of the Christmas party (time and date to be confirmed) | ||
